We are pleased to offer remote desktop support as well as phone support. With this in place, we are able to see what's happening to your computer practically instantly and without the need for a visit.
The way this works is, we send you a link, via email or over the phone. You follow a few simple steps, and then we can look at your computer as if we were in front of it. This works very well and enables us to help you in the fastest way possible.
Once connected we are able to check what's happening, diagnose faults and carry out what needs to be done. There is no need for anyone to sit in front of the computer while changes are made as we control all required actions remotely.
We use the latest security for our remote desktop support, the remote access key can only be used once and expires after 15 minutes if not used. It is also not possible for us, or anyone else to use remote desktop without your permission prior to the work being carried out.
